Will this annoy my customers?
It's four short emails over three weeks: Day 0, 4, 10 and 21. Then it stops. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs are honored automatically. Anyone who opts out isn't emailed again.
Does it send from my email?
Yes, from your own business email address on your domain (for example hello@yourcompany.com), once you add a few DNS records. Replies go straight to your inbox.
Are the emails personalised?
Lightly. We write one 4-email sequence for your trade per campaign. Each email uses the contact's first name, your business name and the job type.
When does it stop?
After the 4th email, or straight away if someone opts out. You can also pause a campaign any time. It doesn't read your inbox, so if someone replies, you take it from there.
Do I need to change my CRM?
